Due to the personal nature of skincare and bath products, all sales are final and I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your satisfaction is important to me. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if there is an issue with your purchase, please email hello@jomaye.com, within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and I will do my best to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested soaps cannot be returned or exchanged.
