Shipping policy
At JOMAYE, each order is packed with care to ensure it arrives safely.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: delivery times vary based on destination and carrier service
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delayed or undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, JOMAYE is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments. If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@jomaye.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
