All JOMAYE soaps are handmade and carefully packed with attention to quality and presentation.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, holidays, or high-order periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected and destination.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. JOMAYE is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed to the carrier, shipping delays are outside of my control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first, then email me if you need further assistance.

Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact hello@jomaye.com, within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Domestic Shipping
At this time, JOMAYE currently ships within the United States.
You can adjust this later if you decide to offer international shipping.
